What is a Brass Pass?
Brass passes are the VIP hospitality pass of the Great American Brass Band Festival. It's your ticket to added comforts for enjoying fantastic music all weekend long.
Brass pass details
With your Brass Pass purchase, you will get exclusive access to Centre's dining hall, located directly behind the stage. There are two monitored entrances that brass pass holders have access to and are handicap accessible. Your brass pass purchase will give you the following luxuries to enjoy both Friday and Saturday (not available Thursday):
Private, Air-Conditioned Hospitality Dining/Lounge area, and wristbands required for entry
Clean Restrooms
Snacks, Drinks (Water and Pepsi Products), and small-bite selections
Access to exclusive on-site VIP parking with shuttle access
Additional ‘add-on’ options available for purchase
Hours: Brass Pass holders will have access to the Brass Pass rooms and amenities during Brass Pass hours. Friday's Brass Pass rooms will be open at 4pm and will close at 10pm. Saturday's Brass Pass rooms will be open from 10am to 10pm.
For 2025:
One and Two-Day Options Available
A Brass Pass pass purchaser can now choose one or two days for their hospitality experience! Choose a one-day pass to attend Friday or Saturday, or a two-day pass to enjoy both days. Wristbands and parking passes will be different colors for different days. Kid's passes available for purchase below.
One-day Brass Pass: $30 (Admits one adult for Friday OR Saturday; additional passes purchased separately)
Includes the following (in addition to the other amenities):
-One Parking Pass for on-site VIP parking
-One Hospitality Room Pass (wristband) for access to the amenities
Additional One-day pass: $25
This includes all the amenities for one adult except for the parking pass. Offer only available as an add-on and cannot be purchased separately.
Two-day pass: $50 (Admits one adult; additional passes purchased separately)
Includes the following (in addition to the other great amenities):
-One Parking Pass for on-site VIP parking
-One Hospitality Room Pass (wristband) for access to the amenities
Additional Two-day pass: $40
This includes all the amenities for one adult except for the parking pass. Offer only available as an add-on and cannot be purchased separately.
Kid's Brass Passes
Kid’s brass passes (ages 12-17) can be purchased for one or two days:
-One day: $10
-Two-day: $20
*Adult supervision will be required for entry and use of the brass pass room and does not include an additional parking pass. The Children’s brass pass will be identified with a different color and will have all the same access to amenities as the brass pass. Only available as an add-on. Children under 12 are free to enter but must be accompanied by an adult with a brass pass.

PLEASE NOTE: No outside alcohol will be permitted on festival grounds. If you bring outside alcohol on the premises, we will be required to ask you to take it off the premises. We follow the city enforced alcohol policy. Per KRS 243.260, the Festival is only permitted to sell alcohol by the glass. There will be a selection of draft beer and other libations available for purchase.
